Sacandaga Sun is proudly sponsoring our first event on March 16th this year with the goal of fund raising for the Regional Animal Shelter of Fulton County, NY. Our love of animals and desire to share holistic or alternative healing therapies is the basis for doing this as well as our commitment to give back.

This month’s issue is featuring Laura Harrison of Enlighten ~ Yoga + Community Center in Amsterdam, NY. Laura’s teaching style and warm heart touch the lives of many as she tries to help the victims of Hurricane Sandy. We also have our regular contributor’s, Pet Helix’ Gene’s and Things, Psychic Lisa Ann’s Universal Thoughts, Dr. Glen Hepker answers more readers questions on marriage, as well as some local girls doing good and our own Stacy Simonson, donating to the Salvation Army all good causes!
